TITANIUM PLATINIZED ANODE

(Titanium Plated Anode)

In the electroplating process to change the surface of metal materials, the dielectric solutions used in this process are usually hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), and nitric acid (HNO3) with high corrosiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to use equipment accessories made from Titanium with better corrosion resistance than other metals to help prolong life, save maintenance costs, high conductive performance, and allow good current to flow. ...

Titanium anodic coating, including mixed metal oxide (MMO), such as RuO2 (Ruthenium) - coating thickness RuO2 ≥ 10um, IrO2 (Iridium) - coating thickness IrO2 ≥10um, TiO2, Ta2O5 (Tantali) ), Pt (Platinium) - 0.5-5 micron, PbO2 - PbO2 coating thickness 0.6-1mm, can markedly reduce the cell voltage during the electrolysis of chlorine evolution, process oxygen evolution and results in significant energy savings and longer service life. The base is usually GR1 or GR2 titanium material, which can be reused and revalued. Titanium anode is also known as DSA or insoluble titanium anode due to its dimensional stability and high resistivity to corrosion. With such advantages, titanium anode will not pollute the electrolytic system and increase the purity of the final product, reducing equipment maintenance costs.

TITANIUM ANODE BASKET

(Titanium basket)

Titanium is used in the manufacture of electroplating baskets, an essential accessory in the electroplating process of metals. Electroplated baskets are manufactured with Titanium metal which is more resistant to corrosion than other metals thereby increasing the service life and reducing production line maintenance costs and time_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

TITANIUM MMO ANODE

( Metal oxide mixed titanium anode (MMO) )

Metal oxide mixed titanium anode (MMO) represents a most technologically advanced application in cathode protection. MMO Titanium anode is composed by a pure titanium substrate, then coated with a base layer   which is metal oxide such as RuO2, IrO2 creating Titanium MMO Anode with good conductivity and catalyzes for highly reactive, highly resistant to corrosion for use as an anode in electrolysis

ANODIZING

PRODUCTS

(Accessory products for aluminum anodization)

Aluminum is the most commonly used material in daily life, but aluminum has a very soft surface and is easy to scratch. To harden the aluminum surface, an aluminum anodizing process is used, through which the aluminum forms an oxide layer on the surface to increase the hardness of the aluminum surface to help prevent scratches. In this industry  Titanium is widely used as brackets, jigs and fixtures for clamping workpieces for anodizing. Because of the special phenomenon of the Titanium dioxide layer, which is able to conduct electricity and let electrons pass through the aluminum part, titanium becomes a very important material in the aluminum anodizing process. Titanium can be used to manufacture equipment for anodization such as Titanium Jig...
